The tournament is setup as a Four Person Scramble. Teams will be picked by the CSCA Golf Committee unless we are notified of your team preference. Cost to play is $70 per golfer – includes golf, cart, dinner, and awards.  Cost for the dinner only is $15 (if you are unable or unwilling to play golf). There will be contests on each hole, trophies awarded, and door prizes given away.

We are limited to 160 players. THIS WILL BE FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED BASIS, SHOTGUN START. The course requires the tournament be completed in a maximum of 5 hours. Happy Hour should begin around 6:30pm. Door prizes and golfing awards will be presented during dinner (buffet style).

Responses need to be received by Friday, August 5th. Please mail your check and registration to the address listed below, or pay online and email info@coloradospringsclaims.org with your registration information.
